Our Story

Inventor Mark Arsenault, hailing from Stockton Springs, ME, has revolutionized the way we manage sanding dust with his innovative vacuum nozzle adapter. This product not only directs sanding dust into your vacuum but also cleans the air and surfaces around your sander far more effectively than conventional capture bags.

Mark and his wife, Tracey

The journey began when Mark was remodeling his home and dreading the mess of finishing drywall with joint compound. In an attempt to minimize the dust, he invested in a $250 orbital drywall sander designed to connect to a vacuum. He hoped it would eliminate 80-95% of the dust. Unfortunately, it failed to meet his expectations, and after just half an hour of use, he abandoned it. Determined to find a better solution, Mark designed and built a vacuum nozzle attachment for a vibrating sander. When he connected it to his Shop-Vac, he was astonished by its efficiency. Mark was able to complete all the walls in one weekend without the need to cover furniture or wear a mask, as there was no airborne dust. This success inspired him to further develop the idea and bring it to market.

The vacuum nozzle adapter features a cleverly designed outlet opening that connects to a vacuum hose and an intake opening that attaches to the dust bag port of a sander. Additionally, two special “wings” are engineered to capture dust and debris around the sander’s exterior. These wings fit snugly against the sander, directing dust through the intake opening and out through the outlet port. With this adapter, you can use non-holed sandpaper, creating a cleaner and safer work environment with significantly less mess. Thanks to adjustable mount adapters, it fits most sanders on the market.
